Orders

Q: I haven’t received a confirmation email after placing my order.
A: A confirmation email is automatically sent after your order is completed. Please check your spam or junk folder.
If your email address was entered incorrectly, please contact us.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: Once your order is confirmed, cancellations or changes are generally not accepted. Thank you for your understanding.


Payment

Q: What payment methods are available?
A: We accept credit card payments (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB). Payment is processed at the time of order.


Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days after confirmation. Shipping occurs only on business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Q: Which shipping carrier do you use?
A: Depending on your order, we primarily use Japan Post for delivery.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping fees are as follows:

  • Standard regions: ¥1,000 (tax included)

  • Okinawa: ¥1,500 (tax included)
    Orders over ¥10,000 (tax included) qualify for free shipping nationwide.

Q: Where can I find more details about product sizes and specifications?
A: Detailed information is listed on each product page. For further questions, please contact us.

Q: Can I see the products in-store?
A: Some products are available at BW CAVE in Udagawacho, Shibuya. Availability may vary, so we recommend checking in advance.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What should I do if the product is defective or damaged?
A: Please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping for defective items will be covered by us.
We cannot accept returns reported after 7 days.

Q: Can I return or exchange products for personal reasons or sizing issues?
A: Returns or exchanges for personal reasons are not accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

Alcohol Sales

Q: Are there restrictions on alcohol sales?
A: By law, we cannot sell alcohol to anyone under 20 years old in Japan. Age verification is required at purchase.
