Founded in 2020 by world cocktail champion Atsushi Suzuki, the bar presents a unique menu concept called COCKTAIL KAISEKI, translating the structure of traditional kaiseki cuisine into cocktails. Each creation reflects the changing seasons and ingredients, offering a multisensory experience that redefines the art of the cocktail.
